How billing works
Skoo bills per active student, per academic term — not per staff account, and not a flat monthly subscription regardless of enrollment. Your bill reflects your school's active student count for that term, so it scales naturally as enrollment grows or shrinks. There is no minimum-student commitment and no long-term contract to sign.
What's included
Every plan includes the full platform: admissions and enrollment, attendance, examinations and report cards, CBT for WAEC/NECO/JAMB-style practice, fee invoicing with Paystack collection, unlimited staff accounts, the parent and teacher portals, library, hostel, and transport modules, and a free school website with a visual page builder on your own subdomain. There are no paid add-on tiers or feature paywalls — every school gets the same platform.
How you pay
Skoo's platform fee is billed to your school directly. Separately, your school connects its own Paystack account to collect student/parent fees from families through the parent portal — those funds go straight to your school, with Skoo simply providing the invoicing and payment collection tools on top.
